Abstract

The article presents the theoretical and methodological aspects of understanding the essence and specificity of the phenomenon of domestic violence of the powerful political and legal field. The authors cite the arguments in favour of the importance of research into various forms and types of violence in the context of national legal and political life of the country. This type of work have meaning and value for the search of optimum from the point of view of modern politics and the right ways to legitimize State authority, which in turn can be attributed to the significant factor of sustainable development of any country.
